A local councillor is denying that there is a big problem with drug dealing in Manchester's Piccadilly Gardens. Greater Manchester Police have told us that 66 people have been charged for drug dealing there since Autumn 2013- 17 dealers have been banned from the area. But we've been told that cannabis is still being dealt in the area....something Manchester City Spokesman Councillor Pat Karney denies
