Show Notes

Today Courtney and Steven sit down and talk about Courtney's comeback from 4 major surgeries that she has gone through since late December. They go over not only why she had to undergo these procedures, but more importantly the tool she had to utilize in order to continue forward. They also talk about the impact on the family and what you can expect as a partner when helping a loved one through a string of tough times.  They discuss the power of exercise and how it can burn the stress hormones that piled high from an abundance of inactivity and what it takes to not only find motivation to keep pushing, but to maintain that motivation. Courtney and Steven dig deep and get a bit vulnerable in this episode.
