Robert Stephenson was a first-round pick by the Reds in 2011, but since then the pitcher has bounced around a bit. In early June he was traded in an under-the-radar deal that sent him from the Pirates to the Rays. Since joining Tampa Bay, Stephenson has become perhaps the best reliever in all of baseball with an absurd swing-and-miss rate.
