It's the final week of the MLB regular season and Producer Evan and Liam 'Skiff' Skiffington are ready to define who are heading into the postseason at their Top 10 teams. We also look back at some of our early-season Power Rankings, while reflecting on Jonathan Papelbon's genius in picking the Phillies at No. 5 even when they were four games under .500. There is, of course, the weekly debate of which team among the Orioles, Braves and Dodgers should be considered the best of the best.
