Sunday had already allowed for a special moment for Mike Yastrzemski, whose iconic grandfather, Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski, came by the Giants clubhouse for a visit. But to top things off, the San Francisco outfielder blasted a home run over the right field fence at the ballpark where he and his family shared so many memorable moments, Fenway Park.
