Jake and Jordan go through every name listed on the 2023 BBWAA Hall of Fame Ballot, break them into tiers (the "So Cute" tier, the "Nice Career, But Not Quite" tier, the "Black Ink/Red Flags" tier, the "Shoo-Ins If They’d Never Tested Positive For Drugs" tier, the "Relievers" tier, and the "Easiest Votes" tier) and ultimately decide who they would vote for and why.
