There's almost nothing more important to the growth of the craft beer industry than gateway products and destinations, and that's where Beertown comes in. A craft beer bar and restaurant with 10 locations across western Ontario, Beertown has been encouraging folks to dive into craft beer for well over a decade, so Cee and Nate were stoked to chat with the Director of Beer & Beverage, Jennifer Tamse. The crew spoke about the value of a gateway destination for converting new craft beer fans, how people respond to different styles, the importance of their food, why they chose to keep locations in the suburbs, how they go over and above for their customers, and some of Jen's fave Ontario breweries. They ran through a selection of beers Jen curated - two classics and two collabs. Sawdust City's Lone Pine and Third Moon's Bone Tree as the flagships, and then their two collabs, Lone Tree and Bone Pine. Cheers!
