You may have noticed that we took a break last week to observe #AmplifyMelanatedVoices, but this week we're back with a dear friend who also happens to be the leading voice in diversity and inclusion in the beverage industry in Canada - Renee Navarro.
We interviewed Ren back on episode #81, and a lot has happened in her world since then. She created her platform Beer Diversity, she's been speaking at beer conferences across the continent, working with not only breweries but distillers, cider makers and wineries in Canada delivering her famous talks, and helping craft lasting diversity and inclusion policies in organizations that traditionally have never put time or effort into ensuring their staff comes from a wide range of backgrounds.
