BAOS Top 10 | #4 | #96 Rainbow Of Deliciousness with Chris Pontsioen & John Legassicke (Silversmith)

While Silversmith are Niagara-On-The-Lake actual OGs (as in the the first brewery in the region) and it's understandable that this would be a popular episode, while it was a super fun chat, while Chris was funny af, the fact it got so high in the Top 10 was still a pleasant surprise. It truly shows the power of a brewery with a strong local following, that even though they aren't the biggest and their distro doesn't reach super far just yet, their reputation precedes them. Oh, and their Black Lager is exceptional. The Top 5 is poppin' already, this was a truly entertaining episode with a character in Ontario craft beer. Enjoy, and grab a Black Lager if you can. For real.

While Cee and Producer Tiffany were in Niagara-On-The-Lake celebrating her 30th birthday, it was only right that they swung by the OGs of NOTL, Silversmith. We hung out with Co-Founder Chris and Head Brewer John to run through their rainbow of beers, and you'll hear that most of the interview was Chris coming up with episode title gold.
