For 32 years, Great Lakes have represented Toronto craft beer, so it was awesome to finally sit down with Marketing & Communications Manager Troy Burtch at their Etobicoke brewery. Their iconic Canadiana-style labels have imprinted themselves on the Ontario craft beer scene unlike almost any other brewery, and the styles they produce are far and wide ranging - from crispyboi pilsners to classic English-style pale ales, from hazy IPAs to barrel aged stouts, Great Lakes are always pushing the scene forward.
