Every time we tell Montreal beer lovers, "No, we haven't been to MaBrasserie", we're met with a perplexed facial expression. So finally we got our act together and headed to Rosemont to meet with Guillaume, who heads sales for the coop brewery, but he also has an in-depth understanding of beer in that he's the Vice President of homebrew club LABAQ. We hung out in the brewery, sampled some fresh English-style golden ale from the brite tank, crushed some cans of MaBrasserie's finest and discussed the ins and outs of how a brewery coop works.
