The day before one of the biggest Canadian beer events of the summer, Foudres Unis, a coalition of Yakima Valley hop farmers visited Quebec and we were lucky enough to get to spend some time with them. Multi-generational hop farmers Kevin and Brock were joined by Yakima Chief Hops' Luc to chat to us about the intricate details of hop farming, the stress of the harvest and the feeling of tasting the final product.
