In October 2020, a 16-year-old disabled girl was found dead at her home in Powis
, Wales. The smell of human waste and rotting flesh in her bedroom made even the most hardened of emergency responders physically sick, whilst the police investigation revealed she had suffered 6 months of appalling neglect at the hands of her own parents. This is what happens when Covid lockdown causes the most vulnerable in our society to be forgotten. This is the killing of Kaylea Titford.
