In March 1987, a private investigator was found dead in the car park of the local pub. It would become the most investigated unsolved murder in the history of the Metropolitan Police. Multiple enquiries into the killing would reveal evidence of police cover-ups and corruption – it was a case which authorities wouldn’t, rather than couldn’t, solve. More than 3 decades on, no one has been convicted for the crime. This is what happens when law enforcement’s reputation ranks higher than justice. This is the unsolved murder of Daniel Morgan.
