Ben Rispin pops on by the Bandecdotes studio this week to celebrate 420. Ben has been a pillar in the 905 music scene for a while now playing in bands, promoting shows, and podcasting. Nowadays he fronts a rad punk band called Rules that just played their record release show in Hamilton last Friday. We eat some edibles. Ben talks about how the drummer from Triumph mistook him for Steven Page of The Bare Naked Ladies, an Air Bud inspired CBD for dogs commercial, and Kanye-ing Finger Eleven at the Junos.
