Building a Skate Park for Jake

In December 2001, Jake Owen was killed in a distracted-driving car crash when he was just 5 years old. Ever since, his parents Spike and Susan have been championing legislation to toughen the laws against distracted drivers, and now they are raising funds to open a skateboard park in Jake's name.
