Episode 1: The Story Behind The #RunningManChallenge

In the very first episode of Ballin' Out, Adelle and Natalie dig into the hottest craze in sports: the #RunningManChallenge, where athletes (and everyone else) post videos of themselves doing the "running man" (it's not the one you're used to) to the Ghost Town DJs classic "My Boo." DJ Demp and Virgo of the Ghost Town DJs and University of Maryland basketball players Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens (who made the challenge go viral) join to discuss how they brought the 20 year-old song back onto the Hot 100.
