Most ultrarunners are content to knock out a few big races each year. Some even go for the accolade of a quartet of 100 milers in something like the Centurion Grand Slam.
But for some people even that is not enough.
Enter Walter Handloser.
Walter is now the world record holder for the most 100 milers completed in one year. And he still records he could do more.
In this episode filled with insight and stories (unusual, we know), Walter explains his prep, the best and worst races he ran and what he plans to do next.
