Sophie Tassignon ist eine belgische Komponistin, Sängerin und Improvisationsmusikerin. Aktuell lebt sie in Berlin. Ihre musikalischen Projekte reichen von Jazz über Avant-Garde zu elektro-akustischer Musik. Sophie verwendet ihre Stimme in vielfältiger Weise, produziert Klangteppiche und Atmosphären, tritt mit Loop Station auf, vertont Gedichte und singt in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen, unter anderem Arabisch.
