- The "Waiting Room" purchase system for OTC tags
- Elk A and B tag reductions
- Elk capped tags
- Elk controlled hunts
- Non-resident price increases
Non-resident deer hunting changes
- Tags on sale at 10am MST, Dec. 1
- Non-residents must choose one unit to hunt, and will purchase a tag specific to that unit
- All units are restricted to 10 or 15 percent non-resident tag allotments, depending on historic hunter participation
- Deer tags may still be used on wolf, black bear, or cougar
