E213: Lucille Menard - Service in the DNA

U.S. Navy veteran Lucille Menard has a family history of caregiving, as she often witnessed her mother providing personalized care as a hospice-certified nursing assistant to make a living after they left Haiti to look for a better life in the US. It is no surprise that when she met her husband Henry, also of Haitian descent in the US Navy, they bonded after their need to serve others. The duo describes their need to serve as being part of their DNA. Now co-owners of a Synergy Home Care in Port Saint Lucie Florida, they are showing the world that you can make a great living for yourself while pursuing your passion!
