E130: Beena Sukumaran - Foster Diversity in Engineering

Beena Sukumaran is the Dean of the College of Engineering and Computing at Miami University and having been one of the very few women studying Engineering during her student years, she knows a thing or two about the challenges we currently face in diversifying careers that have traditionally been male-dominated. She feels that she can be a voice for the voiceless and that's why she's so passionate about her commitment to changing the culture in the classrooms and fostering more inclusiveness in Engineering and Technology Careers.
