Michael Kane is a former New York City public school special education teacher with over 13 years of experience. He is the founder of Teachers for Choice, a group of educators that opposes forced medical mandates—such as vaccine requirements—for employment, school attendance, or access to public life. He has worked as a New York City public school teacher for over 13 years. He is a leading advocate in the fight for individual choice regarding medical interventions, especially in the education sector, and has led legal and public campaigns against COVID-19 mandates in New York City.
