She is founder of Erin Gonzalez Nutrition. Erin is also an Adjunct Professor at Minnesota State University. In her TED talk, Erin says, “how is it that we have so much nutrition information yet people are so confused how to feed and take care of themselves.” Argavan and Erin discuss the factors that impact our eating habits, the common signs and symptoms of disordered eating that may be related to trauma and the importance of trauma-informed care in the treatment of eating disorders.
