Sam Long was kind enough to join us in San Diego for our 28th Annual Challenged Athletes Foundation Best Weekend in Triathlon. His relay partners were Paralympic Paratriathlete Jamie Brown swimming the mile, Sam cycling 41 miles, and the first double-amputee to finish the Ironman World Championship, Roderick Sewell, doing the ten mile run. After the event, Sam joined me in front of a full house at the Triathlon Club of San Diego for an in-depth interview. Enjoy!
