Dr Lisa Dethridge is an accomplished producer, writer, and researcher with a PhD in Media Ecology from New York University. She is a specialist in Ethical Artificial Intelligence, virtual and augmented worlds, and digital media, and works as an associate researcher at OpenAI. Her recent research partners include Microsoft and CSIRO. Dr Dethridge has worked with various organizations, including the United Nations, the Oscars Awards, and MTV. She is a peer of the Australian Council for the Arts and a Senior Research Fellow at RMIT.
