Mental struggles in trading are REAL. These problems don't necessarily go away; however, we have to learn how to respond. We all make mistakes, and it's easy to beat ourselves up. However, there is no gain from getting mad over a loss. When you stray from a disciplinary mindset and move towards a nurturing attitude, you increase your opportunity for growth. Learn to look at your mistakes as a learning opportunity. Evaluation is KEY. Identify where your error was and move FORWARD. There is a never-ending battle between you and your mindset. Find the joy in coaching yourself so you can enjoy your journey!
