Calvin Cooper is the Co-Founder CEO of Rhove and the Founder CEO of Tokr Labs. In this episode Calvin talks about decentralized real estate investing. Decentralized real estate investing is a form of investing in which individuals or groups of investors pool their money to purchase property. This type of investing allows for a more diverse portfolio and can provide a higher rate of return than traditional investing methods. Additionally, it allows investors to be more hands-on with their investments, and can provide a more direct way to generate income from real estate.
In other words, imagine owning a piece of your condo building, the house you're renting or a part of your neighborhood via an on-chain technology. Calvin and his team are on a mission to expand access and opportunity for everyone to own real estate by investing in the places we live, work, and play.
