She details her initial foray into energy work during her time as a birth doula starting in 2006, her exposure to various techniques like Hypnobabies and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and her subsequent training in energy systems such as Emotion Code, Body Code, Healers Blueprint, and Investigating Health.
By linking her Christian faith with her energy practices, she developed her own energy work system and began incorporating life coaching to help clients make transformative changes.
She recounts significant milestones, including meeting Emma and Jay, which inspired her to specialize in assisting people with autism and their families.
