In the second episode of the AviationPros Podcast Series: Aviation and the Environment, Walker Jaroch, assistant editor, speaks with guests Steven Barrett, Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT, and Roei Ganzarski, CEO of magniX. In the first half of the episode, Barrett describes the work he and his colleagues at MIT have done on post combustion emission control systems for aircraft. In the second half, Ganzarski details the benefits of electric aircraft, why we should be prioritizing them and what can be done to advance them – expanding on points he made earlier in the year when testifying before the U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Aviation.
