Laptops, tablets, smartphones and other tech products were supposed to make learning easier. They would enhance our student’s access to knowledge and allow them to collaborate and exchange ideas. But the receipts are coming in and they show a different trend – the more schools digitize, the worst their students perform. Dr. Jared Horvath has more.
