Pope Leo has tapped Bishop Ronald Hicks of Joliet, Illinois to be the next Archbishop of New York following the retirement of Cardinal Timothy Dolan, who has served America’s second-largest Archdiocese since 2009. We get to know him with Dr Matthew Bunson.
