Dr. Timothy Shriver, Chairman of the Special Olympics International Board of Directors, answers an Autism Mom's question about the wording he used in his speech at the opening ceremony for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games. Dr. Shriver described the athletes as being "intellectually different-abled", instead of the common term "intellectually disabled". Was the change in words deliberate?
