On this on-air coaching call I help Hilary, a busy mom of two young kids, to rethink her current routines, bring the same flexibility and mindset that she applied to her business to her home life and parenting, find time to connect with her spouse, and most importantly reestablish her somewhat struggling connection with her 4 year old son.
She finds herself lacking in patience, snapping at her kids, difficulty managing her stress, finding time for herself, connecting with her husband and kids and on top of that the kids' tantrums have increased, bedtime is a struggle and what worked before doesn't work anymore.
