Quote: “The question that you just have to ask yourself is not…do I need or do I want rituals at my workplace? It’s, do I want good effective rituals that work for me and my vision?” Ezra Bookman

Exactly what is a ritual, and how do they affect our lives? Some of the most recognizable rituals are marriages, funerals, graduations, coronations and presidential inaugurations, oaths of allegiance, dedication ceremonies, etc. On this episode of Authentic Living with Roxanne, we welcome ritual expert Ezra Bookman to share the benefits of rituals in the workplace and how they can help to improve morale & create a more connected community.

This was such a great interview packed with so much inspirational information that we decided to turn it into a 2-part series. Here’s the link to Part 1: https://roxannederhodge.com/rituals-with-ezra-bookman/
