Show Notes

In this episode, Roxanne converses with Kerrie Mitchell, a health coach from Toronto. They discuss Kerrie's health journey, the role of elimination diets, and the misconceptions around dieting. They also delve into the importance of gut health, meal planning, stress management, self-care, and partner support.

Originally born and Raised in Melbourne Australia I moved to Toronto Canada back in April of 2012 after going through my own struggles with depression, adult acne, Psoriasis, body dysmorphia issues, low self esteem and confidence. I knew It was time to go and discover who I really was and create a healthier more empowered life for myself- so what better way to do it than alone on the other side of the world....you sure have to dive deep!

I trusted the universe and dove in! I quit smoking, cut back on drinking, changed my diet, increased my exercise, made friends with super awesome healthy people and started going after for what was important to me! (Oh and I met an amazing man while I was at it)

After going through my own transformation I started working with women who are busy, stressed out and assisted them in creating a healthier lifestyle that fitted in and around their schedules. Life should be balanced and you shouldn't have to do it alone.

Since moving here I love traveling frequently, Yoga, Toronto food scene and Smoothies :) (smoothies are my life!)
