Miesje de Vogel and her expert panel of Commander John Ingram, Captain Jo Morrice & Stephen Nguyen discuss the 1981 rescue of 99 Vietnamese refugees in the South China Sea by the aircraft carrier Melbourne and the frigate Torrens. The refugees became known as the Melbourne Group 99 or MG 99 for short.
