Jewfish are one of the more challenging lure fishing targets and St Georges basin historically hasn't exactly been a hotspot for them. That all changed when commercial netting was banned within the basin - the jew populations have grown massively in size and number since then!
In this episode local fishing identity Dave Johnstone goes into detail about the strategies he uses to successfully target jewfish in his favourite fishing waters.
