Blue nosed threadfin (aka blue salmon) are a prevalent northern Australian sport fish that's often overlooked by anglers more focused on iconic species such as barramundi and king threadfin.
Broome angler Mark Bantich explains that the humble blue nosed threadfin has a lot to offer. Abundant, accessible from the shore, aggressive and tasty, this species ticks plenty of boxes.
