King George Whiting occasionally turn up as a very welcome bycatch in the bags of southern lure fishers targeting bream, flathead and other bread and butter species, but until recent years they have been considered a genuine lure fishing prospect. Tasmanian young gun Jarvis Wall is one of a handful of anglers who are rewriting the rules on KGW, consistently catching them on lures across Tassie's north. Today we're focussing on fishing for them from Port Sorell and the adjacent coastline.
