From the NSW border to the northern end of the Sunshine Coast, South-East Queensland boasts a multitude of small coastal streams that hold good populations of Australian Bass. These fish tend to be smaller than their impoundment cousins, but they make up for it with feistiness and their tendency to draw anglers to some magical fishing locations.
