Today on the podcast we are joined by Captain Geoff Hay. Like many of us Geoff had a fulfilling career prior to becoming a full time aviator. Geoff trained and practised as a nurse and he has worked extensively in the operating theatre. Recently Geoff released his first book on Human Factors called "Ladies and Gentlemen this is your Surgeon speaking" Its a creative title and the book takes a look at modern day pilot training, particularly in the area of 'Human Factors' or the science of 'why we do what we do.'
