Canada has been euthanizing an increasing number of its own citizens. In the most predictable outcome possible, the program has expanded its mission from terminally ill adults in overwhelming pain to those who are simply seen as a burden. Now, officials are discussing the possibility of even subjecting infants to the barbaric practice. Canadian commentator Black Horse joins me to discuss.
