In his work "The Decline of the West," Oswald Spengler introduces the concept of the "second religiousness," where an exhausted civilization attempts to return to its metaphysical roots. Spengler saw this transition as a part of the natural life cycle that all civilizations go through. Morgoth joins me to examine the second religiousness and determine if the West is approaching this period.
