It's always a good time when there's a Craigslist story involved when it comes to forming a band. From meeting folks at a bar that no longer exists to random texts at 4am, Release The Captive have story that is similar to those we've heard before but it's always nice to learn a new origin story.
Still a relatively young band, formed in 2018 in Austin TX, Release The Captive will be a band to watch. With their latest release "Spitting Image" and hitting the stage with Levels, Release The Captive still have a few more stories that have yet to be written.
