Sandra Herrera and Lisa Roman welcome players preparing for the NWSL Championship from Portland Thorns and Kansas City Current to the show. Up first, Portland Thorns defender and ironwoman Kelli Hubly to the show. Kelli reflects on her personal career in the NWSL and the Portland team this season making it to the NWSL Championship. Kelli reflects on the semifinal match for the Thorns against San Diego, Crystal Dunn's game-winning goal and how loud the fans were at Providence Park. Then, Kansas City rookie Alex Loera to the show. Alex discusses the playoff run for her team defeating both Houston and then NWSL Shield winners OL Reign and how the Current approaches each match. Plus, she looks ahead to the NWSL Final against Portland. She talks about her personal goals for her rookie year, her favorite position and her biggest supporters - her family. Alex also discusses teammate Desi Scott and how much of an impact Scott’s had on Loera’s first year.
