"I was focussed on business and then I had a Breakdown"

Former Ospreys' hooker Scott Otten talks openly about his mental health struggles after finishing playing rugby. Injury forced Scott to retire aged 26 and after a period where business kept him busy he hit some dark days. Thankfully Scott was in a much better place when we spoke to him but he shared his experience with us.
