"Concussions, Collisions and Career Changes" - Ben John Special

In the first episode of the season, The Attacking Scrum meets Ben John. The Ospreys centre who had his sights set on getting a Wales cap, only to be beset by a series of serious head injuries. The concussion symptoms got so bad that he was wearing sunglasses at night to hide the glare of car lights and had to turn his training top inside out to stop his dizziness. We chat to Ben about his decision to step away from rugby for a year to protect his health, his current job as a personal trainer and what the future holds.
