After being diagnosed with early onset dementia less than a decade after retiring, former Wales star Alix Popham has thrown himself into his charity Head 4 Change. He joined Ged and Dan to talk about how far the game needs to go in order to become safer. He also talks about how his charity has been supporting affected players who are suffering severe depression. Plus he tells us about planning an epic bike ride to Lyon with Shane Williams and Geraint Thomas!
