This episode teaches you a new way of thinking about how to approach the holiday season with a PDA child or teen.
First, of course, you will want to think about accommodations and lowering demands, but you also need to set up a contingency plan, prepare for de-escalation, and then allow yourself to take this year's experience as "data" about what you can change structurally next year to make the holidays for joyful and peaceful for the whole family.
